The rooms here are absolutely fabulous and come equipped with a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and fresh towels.

There was no mention of the place being on an industrial estate near Macdonalds and next door to. Funereal parlour, the room we were checked into was full of ants so we had to be moved! It was more basic traveller motel than anything else, we went for breakfast there was nothing left, and we had to wait for extra food to come out, the reception/ bar area was not open that night even though the hours and season stated it was. Then pictures of the hotel make it look a lot better than in reality!!

I found the attention to detail lacking, breakfasts were very badly managed with items running out, croissants ran out and were not quickly replaced even though there was not many people . Sausage and egg also ran out and we had to ask for some to be brought, we were told 5 min and after 25 min later we gave up and left. They did not seem to realise that they needed to ensure that items were monitored and topped up as they ran out without residents having to ask. On the Friday night we had dinner there and asked for Gin and Tonic to be told they had run out despite this being only 8pm, This led us to feel that all they wanted was fees with little effort to encourage people. A final point which should not have occurred was human stains on the blanket. Overall, it does not make us feel inclined to return

Every time in Terrasson-Lavilledieu, I choose this place. It's an excellent and great hotel with very good breakfasts. The double room is good sized and has an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. I have not had such a comfortable bed at any other accommodation. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are amicable and excellent.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, and bonus swimming pool. Convenient location near the highway with comfortable beds and parking right in front of the rooms. Clean, modern, and quiet superior room with comfortable king-size bed and pleasant bathroom facilities. Perfect for a relaxing stay near Terrasson.

The room and bathroom are pretty big and have a cool walk-in shower. It's easy to get around as you're close to Brive's edge and a shopping center. 🚿

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel! The attention to detail and elegant design made me feel like I was in a grand chateau. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were spacious and comfortable. As a senior woman, I appreciated that everything was easily accessible, with convenient ramps and handrails. It made getting around the hotel a breeze!

I wish the children working there had been more knowledgeable about local attractions and activities suitable for seniors.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, the staff were outstanding, and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center.

Room came with a safe for my stuff, an electronic key card 🗝️ for easy access, and a TV for entertainment!

The Grill-Restaurant had a buffet, which meant I could pile my plate high with mediocre grilled meats. The lounge bar was the perfect place to drink away my disappointment.

The gift shop had nothing worth buying. Oh, wait, there was a single postcard.

This place is conveniently located near Chateau du Fraysse and the room is fantastic with a safe box, electronic key card, and a TV.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail is fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
